Our first AIBC webinar is a wrap: UKSC and crisis management
Two hosts, one focused hour and one clear conclusion: cybersecurity and crisis management need to meet in the same plan.

AIBC’s first webinar is a wrap. On 5 October, Małgorzata Michniewicz and Małgorzata Mazurkiewicz hosted an hour-long session titled “UKSC 2026 and crisis management – what an organisation must do after 3 October”.
The session focused on a problem that appears in many companies: cybersecurity and crisis management sit with different teams, even though they need to work together during an incident. At that point, there is no time to debate whose column it is in the procedure. Decisions are needed in hours, not weeks.
What stayed with us after the hour
Three points worth returning to:
- cybersecurity and crisis plans cannot describe two different versions of the same situation,
- management responsibility needs to be clear before an incident, not during one,
- the person making a difficult call needs a clear mandate, not another binder.
The session was led by Małgorzata Michniewicz, Senior IT Auditor and CEO of AIBC, and Małgorzata Mazurkiewicz, Senior IT Auditor.
Thank you to everyone who joined. The first webinar left us ready for more – details of future sessions will appear on the AIBC webinar page.
