You can verify our certificates. Even at 2 a.m.

In late September, we launched AIBC’s own certificate issuing system. Every document has an individual identifier and a QR code that leads to online verification.

In practical terms, nobody checking one of our training certificates has to take a PDF scan on trust. There is no need to call us or wait for an email. Verification takes seconds and works at two in the morning – although we strongly recommend sleeping instead.

Proof you can verify

We built the system for a practical reason. Certificates are seen by more than training participants: employers, procurement teams and auditors may need to check them too. What matters to them is being able to confirm that a document was issued and remains valid.

We limit the information shown to what is needed for verification, without exposing unnecessary data. It is the same approach we take in client work: show exactly what is required to achieve the purpose.

The system operates within our information security management system, certified to ISO/IEC 27001. We use it ourselves first, observe how it performs and develop it through real work.

This is only the first version, but certificates can already be verified. More improvements are ahead.
